The Labor Management Cooperation Committee (LMCC) is a unique partnership between union electricians from Local 76 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and the contractors from the Southwest Washington Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association. The partnership was created in 1998 as the cornerstone for marketing the advantages and value of the unionized electrical industry to our shared customers. The LMCC also helps both electricians and contractors focus on their shared values and work creatively together in winning, serving and retaining loyal customers.

From its headquarters in Tacoma, Washington, the LMCC serves customers in Pierce, Thurston, Mason, Lewis, Grays Harbor and Pacific counties.

As signatories to the LMCC Mission Statement, contractors, union leadership and individual electricians have committed to providing our customers the best electrical services in the marketplace and delivering unrivaled value and return on investment.

Contact any of our contractors, IBEW Local 76 or the Southwest Washington Chapter of NECA and begin experiencing our matchless commitment to our customers today.
